WOW! We literally have 15 days till Christmas.....how can that be already....this picture is a throwback to my first selfie photo after Paco passed.....trying to find joy and happiness...and peace. This will always be a special photo for me....was during loss, and the beginning of change with weight loss, and self growth.
I am still working on both of these as of today...and trying to find peace, joy, happiness in the light of the holiday seasons! Let me tell you though...it is tough as shit.....and hard as hell....but I must move on....keep the path open.....remove the cobwebs....and find a way to enjoy.....what GOD has in store for me.....
A friend sent me a message this morning...it was beautiful and just what I needed after my long night of trying to. unwind my mind....of all things.....my spirit is in unrest.....so many things swirling thru my mind....and I am working on keeping that at bay....yet...some days are harder than others.....and I guess.....knowing Christmas is almost here....has my senses on high alert.....yet...I will find a way to keep the peace in my heart....
The kitties today....woke me up again...saying....MOM time to eat....get your BUTT out of bed and feed me. LOL.....so that is a plus on not allowing myself to lay in the bed and waste the morning.......I will be doing my work out a little bit later today.....but...will post on instagram for those that follow me there...LOL.......
I know you are wondering....how does she do....keep the smile....keep pushing forward...and motivate us to be the best we can be.......my life did not stop when Paco passed....it did have ever change....yet....I am here for those who need cheering up....need motivational drive....and this helps me to keep going....even if I only make one person smile everyday...then I have accomplished something.....Remember...our smiles are contagious...and when you smile the world will smile with you...
