It has been forever, since I have written to you all! I do hope this finds you and surviving any cold weather, and or extensive hot weather depending on where you reside! Life has been changing for me since I have been moved to Wilmington a few years back! Work, work and more work and I for one cannot complain, as this allows me to feed my family and keep a roof over their head. But on the flip side of this coin, it does impact my ability to exercise and take control over my well being! SO my question to you is how do you manage, work, life balance, and food intake, when you sit for over 8 hours or more a day in front of a computer?
What kind of food do you eat and how does this impact your sugar, and weight loss or gain during the winter months when extremely cold outside? What are some of the ways do you keep yourself motivated to exercise, and move and lose those unwanted pounds?
I am excited to hear about your stories success and failures, and believe their will be failures when it comes to weight loss, as sometimes we allow our decisions on life choices control our true mission in life! I know right you are saying "WHAT IS SHE TALKING ABOUT" but you do know that I am right about this!
